How to order

Importing things into any country is not as complicated as it used to be once, the following steps will explain to you how to do it without having to leave your office or home and with the least unjustified expenses or complications.

1^st        Contact us to inquire about the items that interests you, indicate their catalogue numbers, sizes and quantities to be ordered. Don’t forget to include your details: address, e-mail and tell/fax number.

2^nd        Upon receiving your inquiry we’ll forward to you a proforma invoice containing the following information: 

            A- Description of all the items as in your inquiry. Their prices,

                 catalogue numbers, sizes and quantity.

            B- How long it will take to process and ship the order after                     

                 receiving your confirmed order and down payment.

            C- Approximate size, number of cartons and gross weight.

            D- Freight or postage costs and most appropriate mode of

                 shipping.

            E- Mode of payment.

3^rd        After you revise the proforma invoice. If you find it suitable, you  e-mail it back to us signed and sealed together with the proof of payment. Otherwise, if you find it unsuitable or/and you wish to change anything in it, you can inform us about these cganges and we’ll issue a new one bearing the requested changes. Please note that by signing the proforma invoice you are confirming your order in accordance with its terms.

4^th        Upon receiving your confirmation and payment we’ll start processing your order so that it will be shipped as scheduled or sooner.

5^th        Together with the shipment we forward the original shipping documents: Invoices, Packing lists and the Certificate of Origin (Form-A) For the USA and Canada or (EUR-1) form for the European Union. This certificate is necessary so that you don’t have to pay any customs when importing from The Holy Land into these countries. Proof of shipping and copies of these documents will be e-mailed/faxed to you a couple of days after shipping.

6^th        Arriving at your end, Customs are the authority that decides whether the shipment can proceed to your door step without intercepting it. Or, retain the shipment and ask you to present customs declaration forms. You can download these forms from the Internet and complete them by your self, or you can call a customs clearing agent to do the job on your behalf. After the shipment is cleared, it will be delivered at your door step.

7^th        Finally, we are willing to support you in any way we can, don’t hesitate to ask or inquire; we want you as a regular customer.
