Satisfaction
Being pioneers in our trade and with five decades of experience, we
developed an instinctive sense to understand what people expect to receive back
in return for their money when dealing with us. Accordingly, items designated to
export are not only selected, but also pass a strict inspection to exclude items
not complying with our quality standards.
We don’t claim to be “error-proof”, but we are proud of our achievements
and therefore we hold ourselves responsible for the quality of our products and
service to be satisfactory. And we welcome negative comments and take them
seriously.
At this point, we would like explain that olive wood through its old age
accumulates a lot of fissures, worm’s holes and other natural deficiencies, we
do our best to avoid these natural defects when possible, or we disguise them
through special treatment process. But despite the fact that this phenomenon is
out of control, it is considered an element that contributes to adding more
beauty and value to olive wood and differentiates it from other wood
species.
Olivart had always strived to achieve three objectives; quality,
quality and profit. Fortunately, the first two were always achievable even if at
exhausting efforts. But the third was sometimes impossible to approach because
the first two had already consumed all the anticipated profit. Often, we find
ourselves obliged to sacrifice our profit, but even so our quality standards
remains unmatched.
